What the Numbers Mean
Health factor is calculated as (collateral value × liquidation threshold) ÷ debt. For example, $10,000 ETH at an 82.5% threshold with $5,000 debt gives HF = 1.65. A 20% ETH drop reduces collateral to $8,000 and HF to 1.32. The calculator shows your exact current state and what-if scenarios.
Risk Assessment
