What Guardian Rescue Is
Guardian Rescue is a read-only Aave v3 Polygon risk checker plus an optional, one-time pre-liquidation rescue service. You can paste any Polygon address and see live collateral, debt, and health factor pulled directly from the Aave Pool contract. No wallet connection is required for the read-only check.
What Guardian Rescue Is Not
Guardian Rescue is not a bank, custodian, lender, or financial advisor. It does not take custody of your assets. The read-only check is informational and may lag on-chain state by seconds. Nothing here is financial advice — you are responsible for your own positions.
The Rescue Authorization
A rescue requires you to sign a structured EIP-712 message. This is an off-chain signature, not an on-chain transaction and not a token approval — it costs no gas and grants no standing permission. It authorizes exactly one rescue with specific parameters, expires after one hour, and is bound to a unique on-chain nonce. Execution is validated by safety checks and is not guaranteed; if conditions are not met, the authorization expires harmlessly.
Fees and Limits
The rescue fee is capped at 2.5% (250 bps) of the repaid debt and is only charged when a rescue is successfully executed on-chain. Eligibility requires a minimum debt and a health factor within the rescue zone. Guardian Rescue cannot act on positions outside the supported Aave v3 Polygon markets.
